 If you thought Oxfords and tights were just for Flappers back in the 20’s Lakiesha Herman will be the one to tell you differently.  She does just enough to catch an eye and when she does people say, “Waa waa wee wa!”  Don’t be surprised if you catch her in a chain store, she’ll probably be buying sunglasses, a must for her closet, to add to her collection.  Although she’s in her early 20’s her casual style mixed with her South Florida spin on things has her looking fabulous.
